People Matter

The management team at Effective People has vast amounts of expertise and experience. 

Managing Director and Founder, Barbara Brown established Effective People in 2004 following an illustrious and successful career as a Human Resources Director.  Barbara's career in HR has included several major blue-chip organisations including Glaxo, PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Citibank where she was responsible for graduate and managment training across Europe.  She has also been the main board HR Director for a major mobile data products distributor and has worked extensively in manufacturing, engineering and IT as well as the public sector.

Having established Effective People, Barbara is currently Vice Chair for Dorset with WSX Enterprise Ltd who manage the provision of Business Link services across the Wessex region.

Barbara Brown works with several associates who specialise in training, employment law advice and recruitment.
