Effective People has been set up by highly experienced corporate HR specialists. We offer a range of services including 'on demand' HR Consultancy, specialist advice on 'sticky' employment issues as well as undertaking HR audits and advising on HR strategy.
Effective People provides commercial people management expertise across a range of types and sizes of companies throughout the South of England. Our clients' businesses include Engineering, Manufacturing, Service Providers (private and not-for-profit) and Retailers.
